Daily Exercise Digest 10 & 11

Rodney Yee: Yoga Burn
Lots of Sleep

20 Ab Roll outs
2 10 second (yeah wimpy) L-sits with hands on floor
5 inverted sit ups (fully inverted on my Inversion Table)
20 inverted crunches

Interesting weekend. Definitely didn't turn out the way I wanted it to!
